Need to make a return? 

All returns will be issued in the form of a store credit (minus shipping costs or Redo return costs) which will be sent to you at the email used to place the initial order. Please allow up to 4 business days for your return to be processed. Once issued, store credits will not expire.

 

Domestic Returns

Redo Return Coverage: We now offer the option to get unlimited returns through Redo on domestic orders by selecting the $1.00 return coverage option on the product page or at checkout. With this option, you can get a return label sent to you for eligible items free of charge. At this time, this option is only available for domestic orders.

NOTE: This option must be selected before you checkout. We are unable to retroactively add this to your order. If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

You have 7 days from your order date to initiate a return for domestic returns, and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. We reserve the right to return any orders sent back to us outside of this timeframe.

***Any customers suspected of abusing the return policy by returning worn items will no longer be able to purchase from Seven Past Seven.*** If you return a worn item(s) or item(s) that was stained/damaged by you, it will be sent back to you at your expense. If we aren't able to return the item(s) to you, it will be discarded, and you will not be issued a store credit.

 

International Returns

International returns must be initiated within 21 days from your order date, and must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date. At this time, $1.00 return coverage is not available for international orders, so you will need to purchase a return label.

 Final Sale/Illegible Items

  • Bodysuits and other clothing with attached underwear
  • Accessories (belts, handbags, jewelry, etc)
  • Items listed as "Final Sale"
  • Items stained with makeup, deodorant, tanner, lotions, etc
  • Items with perfume, smoke or pet smells
  • Items damaged by the customer 
  • Items purchased during a BOGO Free sale (not including a BOGO 50% off sale)
  • Items purchased during an End of Season, BFCM or Last Chance sale for 45% off or more

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges and can't hold any merchandise. 

 

Cancellations

      We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind. 

 

Undelivered Items

      If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to Seven Past Seven as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.Refunds do not apply to orders where the delivery has been refused. Refused orders will be eligible for store credit.
