Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed. Business days exclude the weekends and US holidays. During the holiday shopping season and certain promo events, processing times may increase. Once your order ships, you will receive notification via email with tracking information.

The customer is responsible for any international taxes and duty fees. Customs fees, duties and taxes vary based on your country and the value of your order. Seven Past Seven is also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times, or incorrect shipping addresses. Unfortunately, if you refuse to pay the customs fees or refuse delivery of your order, a refund will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Seven Past Seven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you contact the carrier if your order is lost in transit or the status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package so that you can file a claim. Seven Past Seven cannot file a claim on behalf of the recipient.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, we will attempt to redeliver your order once we receive updated address details. If you notice that there is an issue with your delivery address after your order has been shipped, we recommend that you reach out to the carrier to have the delivery address updated or to intercept your package before it gets returned for an unsuccessful delivery.
Pre-Order Processing
Items listed as pre-order will have a designated ship date listed on the product page. When your pre-order item begins processing, you receive an email advising you of the updated status of your order, as well as an additional email when your item ships. If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we will be unable to process your cancellation.
