When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Express shipping options will go out for same day shipping if placed before 11 AM EST. During times of high volume, it's possible that it my take an additional day for your order to be processed and shipped. Please click HERE for our full shipping and processing policy.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing hello@sevenpastseven.com with the subject line "Cancel Order." 

 

How does the pre-order option work?

If you place an order that contains a pre-order item(s), the order will be sent out in one shipment which correspond to the date listed on the pre-order item(s) listing page. We suggeste that you place separate orders for in stock items if you don't want your in-stock items to be delayed until your pre-order items can be shipped. After 12 hours, your pre-order cannot be canceled. In the event that the shipping date changes for your pre-order, you will be notified by email of the change. Accelerated payment methods such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Meta Pay can't be used to purchase pre-orders nor can Klarna. Afterpay however is available for use with pre-orders.

 

I have a store credit. How do I use it?

Please input your store credit code into the store credit section on the checkout screen.

 

I have an issue with my order. What do I do?
